Whimsical Women’s Circle with Lauren Mezera – Releasing Shame & Reclaiming Sensuality with Carley

Join us for a night of sisterhood! We will meet the fourth Saturday of each month from 7-8:30PM. Spirit Well’s resident Sound Alchemist, Lauren Mezera will be your guide during these circles. Lauren is a Soul Alignment Coach for women. She is committed to her mission: guiding women to feel empowered and embodied through deep connection with their intuition!
Each month there will be space for connecting and growing in community as well as structured time to dive deeper into all that is the Whimsical Woman: play, intuition, magic and so much more.
Releasing Shame & Reclaiming Sensuality

During this month’s circle, “Releasing Shame & Reclaiming Sensuality”, we will gather together to discuss the concept of shame: a word we often avoid in conversation, even with ourselves. And some wonderful antidotes for shame are empathy, embodiment, confidence, and sensuality! These emerge most easily in moments of true connection to self, real embodiment.
So this month please join Lauren Mezera & Co-host, Carley Sciandra as we dive into this juicy topic. Carley is a pole instructor and all around embodied woman! And we would like to share with you some of the tools and modalities that have allowed many women to move through and relinquish their own personal stories of shame & insecurity (stocking up our tool belts of healing along the way). Let’s connect to ourselves, our bodies & our sisters through movement, dance and play. Let us learn to release the stories of our shame & forgive the shadows it’s cast on our light. Movement is the medicine! And it is here for us as we breathe resiliency back in the soul and fire back into our spirits!
