The “Unwind” Procedure

Dr. Jake combines multiple techniques including but not limited to Applied Kinesiology, Myofascial Release, Functional Movement, extremity adjustments as well as cranial adjustments to unwind the stress stored in your body. This will create a sense of ease of movement and balance, improve blood and lymphatic flow, improve muscular function and enhance nervous system regulation.
